All Prices are quoted in U.S. Dollars.

ORDERS

We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Most orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.

SHIPPING COSTS.

Shipping and Handling costs are based on total order value. The amounts shown are the maximum you will be charged.

RETURNS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). Please complete the Return form for approval number before returning merchandise. Please check merchandise for any special return information before applying.

To contact customer service please use the Customer form. We attempt to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours.

PURCHASING.

All orders are conducted using Paypal. We use the highest level of security that Paypal offers and do not collect any sensitive information ourselves this all goes to Paypal only. We are very concerned about your privacy and the safety of your information and do everything we can to protect it.

If you don't have a Paypal account you can still purchase items using any major credit card. Paypal will allow you to do this. Just complete the information on using a credit card instead of Paypal account.

However if you do have a Paypal account but still just want to use a credit card you will need to use a different email address than the one you use for your Paypal account. If not Paypal will automatically notice you have an account and take you there. Make sure that whatever email account you use it will allow messages from visualenc.com.

We never see any sensitive information about your credit card or method of payment this all goes through the Paypal secure server. - Some sites can choose to collect this information so check with their policy before ordering. We use the highest level of security that Paypal allows to ensure that your information is safe.

We do collect your name, address, and email so that we can fill your order and send it to you. We also use the email to contact you with shipping information or any questions about your order. Charismatic Arts was founded to work with art and crafts people who produce unique one of a kind and small edition items. Most of these items are usually only available locally at craft shows. With the help of Charismatic arts these crafts people can now offer their arts to a wider audience and thus spend more time doing what they love to do, create, and less time sitting at unprofitable shows to sell their work. The company was founded in 1997 and moved to the internet in 1999. It is a Visual Encounters Company
