ORDERS

We ship all orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Most orders received before 12 noon Eastern Standard Time will be shipped out the same day.

SHIPPING COSTS.

Shipping and Handling costs are based on total order value. The amounts shown are the maximum you will be charged.

RETURNS.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund (excluding shipping). Please complete the Return form for approval number before returning merchandise. Please check merchandise for any special return information before applying.

Charismatic Arts was founded to work with art and crafts people who produce unique one of a kind and small edition items. Most of these items are usually only available locally at craft shows. With the help of Charismatic arts these crafts people can now offer their arts to a wider audience and thus spend more time doing what they love to do, create, and less time sitting at unprofitable shows to sell their work. The company was founded in 1997 and moved to the internet in 1999. It is a Visual Encounters Company
